Yongrong Anti-Mold and Water-Resistant Interior Wall Putty Powder is a wall base treatment material made from high-quality heavy calcium carbonate powder, white cement, and high-molecular polymers, with added functional additives such as nano-silver ion antibacterial agents and water-repellent agents. Its core function is to effectively inhibit mold growth in humid environments, while also possessing excellent water resistance, providing a solid foundation for wall coatings.

1. Surface Preparation
Cleanliness: Free from oil stains and dust, moisture content ≤10%.
Repair: Fill cracks with joint compound, level holes with cement mortar.
2. Putty Application
Mixing: Mix powder to water at a ratio of 1:0.25-0.3 (by weight), let stand for 5 minutes, then mix again.
Application: Use a stainless steel scraper, each coat ≤1mm thick, with an interval of 24 hours.
3. Sanding: After the Yongrong interior wall putty powder is completely dry (approximately 48 hours), sand it until the surface is smooth.
● Curing: The interior wall putty powder layer needs to cure for at least 7 days before subsequent paint application.
● Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 12 months. Once opened, seal tightly and use within one month.
IX. Safety and Storage
● Safety Precautions: Wear a dust mask during application to avoid inhaling dust. If it gets into eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
